A man accused of murder over a death at a Papatoetoe boarding house can now be named.
Jima Shemaon Zaya, 40, was found dead at a Carruth Road home on the evening of May 20.
The man arrested afterwards, Mohammed Shaiyaz Shaheem, also 40, appeared at the High Court at Auckland today, where suppression on his name was lifted.
He will appear again in court in November, ahead of a trial next year.
