Labour will soon set about taking down thousands of election campaign billboards and replacing them with ones showing their new leader Jacinda Ardern.
“She’ll be shining prominently,” campaign manager Andrew Kirton said.
“We’ll work through it, we can absolutely afford it, we’ve got the money.”
The boards that are currently shining out around the country show former leader Andrew Little promising “a fresh start” with Ms Ardern standing behind him as his deputy.
She is expected to appear alone on the new ones. NZN
