    Westroads Ltd is seeking an energetic Assistant Branch Manager to join the Hokitika team on a permanent full-time basis.
    The key responsibilities include assisting the General Manager with:
    • Profi table and efficient and safe operation of the branch
    • Contract, pricing and tendering
    • Safety, environment, quality and risk management assessments
    • Contract management and administration
    • Billing, progress claims and any associated variations
    • Client and staff liaison over contracts
    • Providing excellent client service in all interactions
    To be successful you will require:
    • Civil Engineering qualifi cation (preferred)
    • Strong experience in construction and project management
    • A strong contractor knowledge of civil roading and utilities
    construction and maintenance
    • Demonstrated previous experience in managing a large team
    • Experience in managing job costing on projects
    • Outstanding client service leadership
    • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify root causes
    • Planning skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
    • Intermediate MS Offi ce skills
    • Commitment to Health & Safety
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
