Holly claims silver


Former Hokitika sportswoman Holly Robinson has claimed silver at the Paralympic World Athletics Championships, in France.
The 18-year-old, now of Dunedin, finished second in the F46 class javelin in the competition, currently being held in Lyon.
She smashed her previous personal best throw by almost 2m to throw 34.37m, which is also a New Zealand paralympic record.
The gold medal was claimed by Great Britain’s Hollie Arnold with a throw of 37.45m.
The bronze medal winner was Japan’s Yulilko Kato with 29.87m.
